RETURN & REFUND POLICY


You may exchange or return any unopened products you purchased from PopoMama Confinement Sdn Bhd (“PopoMama”). In order for PopoMama to correctly exchange or refund, you must keep the products in the original packaging as received.  If the products have been used or damaged, there will not be any exchange or refund. You must also provide the original sales invoice to PopoMama at the time you request a refund. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. PopoMama will also not be responsible if the shipment is lost during the return transit. The Company will refund you as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 30 days, after it has received the returned products.

For confinement meal : In the unforeseen circumstances that you wish to terminate, you can serve a 3 day advance notice and a refund of 90% on the unserved days, calculated on a prorate basis.
